Able to take direct client calls in English
Able to differentiate technical and non-technical clients as well as respond accordingly
To ensure customer service follow-up methods and procedures are complete and meet time standards
To maintain a fair level of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
To take ownership of user problems and be pro-active when dealing with user issues
Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve problems
To refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation to the established escalation channel
